If you only use the public guides
The debut guides, journal notes, and legal pages are free to read. There is nothing to refund for ordinary browsing.
If you agree a paid sitting
A character debut briefing, first-appearance research hour, variant walkthrough, or roster session is confirmed in correspondence, not by a website cart. If you cancel more than two full working days before the agreed time, we return any fee already transferred for that sitting. If you cancel later, we may keep a portion that reflects preparation already done (for example, pulling print origin notes for a named character).
If we cancel, we return the fee in full or offer another time, at your choice.
If the listing changes after the sheet is written
Storefronts revise drop hours. If that happens after your sitting, we will add a short written correction once, without a new fee, when you email the original character name. That courtesy is not an ongoing monitoring service.
What cannot be refunded as a “product”
We cannot refund a collectible you obtained elsewhere, Veve-related purchases, or any third-party charge. We never took those payments.
